PROGRAM ATA

  1. To reset the ATA to factory default, use a paperclip to hold in the Reset button until only the Power LED is lit (about 10 seconds)
  2. To obtain the IP address when connected to the network, connect an analog phone or butt set to the ATA, then dial *** to hear the ATA menu. When you hear the options, dial 02 to hear the IP address.
  3. Using a browser, enter the IP address to access the ATA programming screens
  4. Select the ADVANCED SETTINGS tab

  1. Be sure HTTP is selected and enter sipcfg.io/cfg/ for the Config Server Path
    1. Update and Apply the changes. Reboot the ATA. (It is not necessary to program anything on the FXS PORT tab. After configuring the Config Server Path, the ATA will go to SkySwitch and update the ATA using the information associated with the MAC address.)
    2. After a few minutes, you may test the ATA by making an outbound call and an inbound call to test the DID. To test the Emergency number and address, dial 933, not 911.
