To reset a Yealink cordless phone, follow these steps:


Using the handset:

  1. press OK
  2. select the Tools icon (bottom right)
  3. scroll to and select System Settings
  4. scroll to and select Reset Base
  5. the Pin is 0000


After a few minutes, your phone should be in service and operational. If this is the first time your phone is being set up, it may take about to 15 minutes for the firmware to be updated.

 

Once your phone is active, test:

  1. outbound dialing. Make sure the outbound telephone number is correct
  2. make a call to the phone by dialing the associated  telephone number, 
  3. dial 933 (not 911) to be sure the correct information is sent to emergency services.
