1. Log into your Admin portal (pbx.uwstelecom.com)
  2. Select the Users icon
  3. Find the correct Name or Extension
  4. Select the Voicemail tab
  5. Under Inbox, you will see Clear messages. Under Data, you will see Clear data
    • Select Clear messages if you want to delete only the voicemail messages or
    • Select Clear data if you want to delete all messages and all other user stored info like greetings, call forwarding, etc.
