- Log into your Admin portal (pbx.uwstelecom.com)
- Select the Users icon
- Find the correct Name or Extension
- Select the Voicemail tab
- Under Inbox, you will see Clear messages. Under Data, you will see Clear data
- Select Clear messages if you want to delete only the voicemail messages or
- Select Clear data if you want to delete all messages and all other user stored info like greetings, call forwarding, etc.
